The purpose of the Integrated Sexual Health Tariff is to:

  • Promote best interests of the patient and public health
  • Ensure open access services are maintained
  • Promote the integration of GU and Sexual and Reproductive Health services
  • Offer value for money and affordability and not destabilise either services, providers or commissioners
  • Provide robust and defensible tariffs and currencies
  • Promote use of clinical best practice care pathways
  • Currencies and tariffs should be setting-independent
